Q: Who are you?
A: We are OLESSTORE, a Austria based Vintage / Secondhand store that first started selling in late 2015. We sell Vintage, deadstock, new and rare clothes. Also anything else we like. 

Q: I want to be up-to-date with your items - how can we keep in touch?
A: If you want to make sure that you never miss another drop, be sure you follow us on Instagram or on Facebook.

Q: Do you sell on other platforms too?
A: Yes, you can find us also at AsosMarketplace, all Items are worn by a model, so you can see how the item fits.  

Q: What kind of condition are your items?
A: A lot of the clothing we stock is vintage so a certain level of wear is to be expected. While this is part of the charm, we will never stock anything thats unwearable. Any holes, stains or defects will always be listed on each product's page along with detailed photos.

Q: I'm having trouble placing an order, can you help?
A: Of course! Send an email to office@olesstore.com or massage us on Instagram or Facebook and we'll help you out asap. 

Q: How do you size your items?
A: We always list at the item description the tagged size, if the item fits oversized or even too small we will tell you for example: Tagged size Large - fits XLarge.

Q: Is it safe to order online?
A: Sure. We use standard SSL encryption to protect your details and whether you choose to pay by card or Paypal, you're completely safe. 

Q: Do you have a local Shop?
A: Yes we have, we are part of the biggest Vintage Shop in Austria. Visit us locally @Mariahilferstraße 3, 1060 Vienna, Austria.

Q: Are all items authentic you sell?
A: Yes they are, but sometimes we also offer fake items from 90's which are in major quality and thats the only reason why we offer them sometimes - these are marked as BOOTLEG or BL.

Q: My item got damaged after wearing it 2-3 Times, what happens now?
A: Please keep in mind, if you buy a secondhand item at our store, these are items which are already worn from other peoples. This items are 5, 10, 20 or maybe 30 Years old, sometimes older. If you receive a defect item, please message us, but if YOU damage the item - we can't offer you a refund / exchange, because it was you not us. Thanks for understanding.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders will be shipped the following day (Monday-Friday)


Q: How long take my parcel to arrive?
A: This depends on which country you are based. Europe delivery normally takes 5-7 businessdays. Rest of the World delivery 10-12 businessdays. This time frame is just an estimate. We’re sorry if the item does take a bit longer than expected. We please you for patience, all orders are tracked and you will get all Informations about your Order.
